About IFSC Index
We built the fastest IFSC directory in India because the official sources were too slow, too hard to navigate, and completely unoptimised for mobile — the device most Indians use to manage their finances.
The problem with existing IFSC lookups
Every day, millions of Indians need an IFSC code to initiate an NEFT, RTGS, or IMPS transfer. The Reserve Bank of India publishes a master list — but navigating it requires downloading Excel files, decoding arcane bank codes, and praying your browser doesn't time out.
Existing third-party sites weren't much better: slow page loads, intrusive pop-ups, outdated data, and zero keyboard or voice support. We knew there had to be a better way.
IFSC Indexwas created to be the search experience that RBI's data always deserved — instant, accurate, accessible, and completely free.
A utility for every Indian
Our mission is simple: provide a lightning-fast, ad-supported, and always-accuratebanking data utility that anyone can use — whether you're an accountant running bulk payroll, an HR professional onboarding hundreds of employees, a freelancer sending your first invoice payment, or a grandmother transferring money to her grandchildren.
“We keep the service free and fast. A small number of tasteful ads fund the infrastructure. No subscriptions. No paywalls. No accounts required.”
